Notice of 2024 Monthly HOA Dues

 

The Board of Directors of the Wellington Forest Community Association voted to maintain the Monthly HOA Dues for Wellington Forest Community for 2024 at $85.00 per month. This amount (made payable to Wellington Forest Community Association) will continue to be due on or before the first (1st) of each month and is considered late if not received on or before the first (1st) day of the month due. Any amount not paid in full and received by the management company, not postmarked, but physically received by the twentieth (20th) day of each month, will be assessed a late penalty each month until the balance is paid in full. You may remit payment for the entire year in January ($1,020.00), if that is your preference.

If you are currently signed up for automatic monthly bank draft for your monthly payments through the HOA management company, the amount debited from your account will remain the same without having to resubmit a new form. If you are not currently signed up for automatic monthly bank draft and would like to be, a copy of the bank draft form may be found on this website.
